Ras el Hanout Spice Mixture

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 1/2 tsp Kosher Salt
  • 2 tsp Ground cumin
  • 2 tsp Ground Ginger
  • 2 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Red pepper
  • 1 tsp Allspice
  • 1 tsp Saffron threads
  • 1 tsp Coriander
  • 1/2 tsp Ground cloves
  • 1/4 tsp Nutmeg

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Combine spices in a small bowl, mix well to combine.

Store in a small jar or spice container for up to a month.
