Benihana-Style Mustard Sauce

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tsp Asian Mustard
  • 2 tsp heavy cream
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Whisk all the ingredients in a bowl until well-combined.
  2. Chill before serving.

Notes:  You can find the Asian-mustard in the international/Asian Food Section of larger grocery stores.  For chicken or beef.
