Classic Herb Butter

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup butter, unsalted
  • 2 tsp flat-leaf parsley, fresh, minced
  • 1 tsp sage, fresh, minced
  • 1/4 tsp rosemary, fresh, minced
  • 1 tsp thyme, fresh, minced

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Combine ingredients in your food processor.
  2. Pulse till combined.
  3. Put it onto a piece of wax paper.
  4. Form it into a log.
  5. Roll it up in the wax paper.
  6. Twist the ends.
  7. Put it in the fridge to re-solidify.

Notes:  Great on dinner rolls and meats.
