Classic Herb Butter
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup butter, unsalted
- 2 tsp flat-leaf parsley, fresh, minced
- 1 tsp sage, fresh, minced
- 1/4 tsp rosemary, fresh, minced
- 1 tsp thyme, fresh, minced
INSTRUCTIONS
- Combine ingredients in your food processor.
- Pulse till combined.
- Put it onto a piece of wax paper.
- Form it into a log.
- Roll it up in the wax paper.
- Twist the ends.
- Put it in the fridge to re-solidify.
Notes: Great on dinner rolls and meats.
