Cumin Salt

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tsp salt, coarse
  • 1⁄2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1⁄2 tsp celery salt
  • 1⁄4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1⁄4 tsp garlic powder

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Toast cumin seeds in a dry skillet on medium heat about 1 min.
  2. Coarsely grind the cumin seeds.
  3. Mix all the ingredients.

Notes:  Toast cumin seeds in a dry skillet on medium heat about 1 min.  Coarsely grind the cumin seeds.  A Moroccan salt blend good on lamb and vegetables.
